Juniors Season

Our 9 Junior teams have excelled themselves this year, achieving excellent results and an increase in the number of teams that have finished with the honour of being Minor Premiers. In the U13's our 2 teams finished 1st and 2nd. All Wagga United players and parents please come along this week and support the juniors in their semi-finals at Rawlings Park (Lake Albert). The senior players need to see who will be nipping at their heels over the next few years and it is an excellent time for the SSG players and parents to see how the juniors play. Come and support our players !

The SSG presentation will be held at Bolton Park instead of training on 23 September. The Juniors Presentation will be held at the Sportsmans Hotel in the Garden area on 16 September.

Yes - Soccer Is On

After a long wait, lets call it a mid-season break, it appears that all games will go ahead this weekend. The only venue that is still closed is the main ground at Forest Hill, those games have been moved to Rawlings Park. So for all SSG at Bolton Park, it will be wet under foot, so parents/coaches be prepared, and to quote our Teasurer Michael Prest, 'Let the kids get down and dirty!' All other games are as per draws.

I know it has been a frustrating wait, and we appreciate everyones patience.
